French designer Marine Serre self-identifies as a “fervent archaeologist of textiles”; the mountains of fabric rescued from flea markets, recycling centres and deadstock littering her studio prove that. Putting her efforts to good use, she whips up pieces like this dress season after season. It’s patchworked together from upcycled tees with slices of graphic prints placed artfully across the body.
