Reformation's jeans are woven from a blend of organic cotton and TENCEL™ Lyocell - the former restricts the use of chemicals and, although it still uses water, helps to sustain the land it's grown on through crop rotations. They sit ultra high at the waist and are pleated to accentuate their wide-leg shape. Pair yours with a simple tank or fine-knit sweater.
Long before it became fashionable, Reformation made sustainability cool, with limited collections of dresses, ethically-made in LA with ‘deadstock’ material. They’re still leading change, promising to be climate positive by 2025.
'Made with 60% organic cotton and 40% TENCEL™ Lyocell. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, uses less water and emits up to 46% less greenhouse gas than non-organic. TENCEL™ lyocell is made from plant cellulose and while chemicals are used in its production, it is a closed-loop process, meaning that chemicals can be extracted and waste water reused.'
