Throwing the traditional stuffy dress code out the window, this recycled-polyester design is cut to a thigh-grazing silhouette that’s ruched throughout. The pièce de resistance of this piece? Two oversized ruffled layers that fall diagonally down the neckline, creating a dramatic off-the-shoulder shape.
