In tribute to Adolphe Mouron Cassandre, who designed Saint Laurent’s instantly recognisable monogram logo, the Cassandra shoulder bag is emblazoned with the iconic monogram in question. Crafted so the ‘Y’ doubles up as a twist-lock closure, its tactile raffia profile is defined by a contrasting leather top handle and trims, as well as a detachable strap that can be adjusted to suit slinging it over your shoulder or wearing it cross-body.
Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury ready-to-wear. Today, the iconic label is fronted by Anthony Vaccarello, who aims to explore Saint Laurent’s early years through his creations.
