Loop Recyclable Woven Trainers

In a bid to combat the effect shoe production has on the environment, Stella McCartney debuts a pair of pioneering hi-tech trainers. After 18 months of research and development, the Loop is grounded by a sole designed with slots to allow the recyclable upper to be securely attached using interlocking clips rather than toxic-to-the-environment glue. They’re also stitched together using an eco-friendly thread and boast animal-friendly and biodegradable credentials.

• Upper: 60% polyamide, 40% polyurethane
• Lining: 100% cotton
• Sole: 100% rubber
