Zimmermann’s white Cassia dress is a testament to the label’s enduring romantic and bohemian aesthetic. It’s made from a blend of ramie – a natural fibre – and linen for a lightweight, breezy feel, then features a guipure lace overlaid bodice, side cutouts and a gathered, tiered skirt. Team it with strappy sandals for summer occasions.
Founded by sisters Nicky and Simone, Zimmermann's sophisticated femininity, bold colour combinations and original prints have made them dream holiday wishlist material. Ruffled dresses, tiered skirts and glamourous beachwear are the cornerstones of this Australian brand's resort-ready collections.
'Made with 85% ramie and 15% linen. Ramie fibre comes from the stems of the Ramie plant, similar to flax and linen. It is sustainable to grow, although it is harder to process than other natural fibres and requires chemical processing before spinning. Linen is made from the fibres of the flax plant. Flax is resilient and can grow in poor soil, using less water than cotton to produce.'
