Acne Studios' T-shirt is designed to look as if it's been around since 1996, the label's founding year. Cut from organic cotton and hemp-blend jersey, it's lightly distressed, sprayed and printed with a faded logo to give an aged effect.
Initially specialising in jeans, Swedish multi-disciplinary fashion house Acne Studios is now a byword for modern classics infused with Scandinavian cool, including its much-imitated fringed scarf.
Made with at least 50% organic cotton and hemp. Organic cotton is grown without synthetic pesticides and fertilisers, uses less water and emits up to 46% less greenhouse gas than non-organic. Hemp fibre is derived from the stems of the hemp plant, then woven into thread. Hemp grows easily without herbicides or pesticides, and requires relatively little water and land to cultivate.'
