1717 Olive is a division of Aquarius Ltd. a St. Louis based manufacturing company. Since 1981 Aquarius has made cold weather products. There are few apparel manufacturers left in St. Louis and we take pride in our midwestern roots. We like to think of ourselves as the company with good midwestern values.
