This shirt is a playful, feminine reworking of classic menswear, drawing on Laila Gohar’s characteristic sense of humour. It references her shirt-inspired tablecloths from the Gohar World line, where button details allow different designs to be pieced together and adjusted.
Inspired by the same playful logic found in Gohar’s tablescapes and installations, the shirt features a full button placket across the back yoke, allowing for personal adjustment and styling. Keep it fully buttoned for a more classic shirt expression, or unbutton as desired for a looser, more expressive look. Made from crisp, light-pink cotton poplin, the shirt is finished with micro pleats at the cuffs and a red embroidered LG monogram at the bottom left.
