Boucle Blazer

Bouclé (pronounced boo-clay) is a yarn made from a series of looped fibres. The texture is almost fleecy in appearance and feel, and more hardwearing than you might expect. Great qualities for upholstery but also THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED for more glamorous pursuits as it's been popular since the '50s to add texture to fashion fabric. Bright and bold palettes are having their day, but there's always a place on the coat rack for more laid-back tones. In a shade often hailed for its versatility, you can add a pop of colour with a printed scarf or a deliberate clash with a sharp-coloured top. Alternatively, you may want to embrace the inherent chic of a monochrome outfit, with some sharply cut black trousers and a blouse. Style it to suit your mood and the occasion.
