Loewe’s Flamenco bag has become a cult favourite among the Spanish label’s fans. First launched in the 1970s, it was reimagined by Stuart Vevers in 2010 and has become a constant ever since. Swapping the original pompom tassels with a drawstring closure and triple-coiled knot, Jonathan Anderson whips up this version for the brand’s AW22 collection. Crafted from buttery-soft leather, it’s stripped back, vetoing frills and embellishments for the iconic anagram motif instead.
For more than 150 years Loewe specialised in leather and silk. While still renowned for its expertly crafted leather goods, including its now-iconic origami-inspired puzzle fold bags, the range has grown to include a wide range of innovative luxury accessories and ready-to-wear collections that have captured the zeitgeist.
