The depths of the sea emerged as Monica Vinader’s primary inspiration for the Nura collection, recasting organic material such as shells, fragments of reef and pebbles in precious metals. With their irregular undulating shape and polished finish, these yellow gold-plated vermeil studs are all too easy to picture as former slithers of coral. Committed to preserving nature as well as emulating it, the brand uses recycled silver in all its designs.
Monica Vinader’s luxurious but accessible pieces are beloved worldwide for their understated aesthetic. Born in San Sebastian, Spain, Monica is an artist, adventurer and designer. Her pieces are now made using only recycled gold and silver and sustainably sourced gemstones, diamonds and pearls.
