Belted Faux-Leather Mini Skirt

MSGM’s AW19 collection was inspired by Flash Art, an Italian magazine from the 1960s whose retro sensibilities are echoed in this black mini skirt. It’s crafted from topstitched panels of subtly creased, glossy faux leather sitting high on the waist with a wide-cut belt and rectangular buckle. Style it with a checked halterneck top and ankle boots for a vintage-inspired evening edit.

Launched by former DJ Massimo Giorgetti in Milan, MSGM’s use of piercing colours, crazy patterns and digital prints was an immediate hit with a young, fun and modern following as seen in publications like Marie Claire and Grazia.
