Combining the Creative Directors’ own names, RIXO was born out of a love for all things vintage. Founded in 2015 by best friends Henrietta Rix and Orlagh McClosky, the contemporary womenswear label is giving us a lesson in how to dress up for daytime and make floor-length look cool with the pair’s vintage inspired one-off pieces and styles that transcends seasons. No piece is ever mass produced, which means each print has been hand-painted by the stylish duo at their London studio.
Independent London brand RIXO is loved for its flattering, feminine, easy-to-wear dresses and unique, vintage-inspired prints, from leopard print to starry constellations. From midi, mini and maxi dresses to tops, blouses, knitwear and sleepwear, its pieces are never mass produced and all share a trademark eclectic, vintage charm.
