Bead-Embellished Tweed Slingback Sandals

Chunky fringed footwear underpinned Simone Rocha’s AW20 runway show – inspired by J.M. Synge’s 1903 play Riders to the Sea and the rural Irish Aran Islands in which it’s set – including these black slingback sandals that reflect the collection's artisanal mood. They’re made from glitter-flecked tweed with crossed straps embellished in bevelled beads and finished on a moulded rubber sole. Style them as the subversive slant to tailoring.
